Company History

Guardian Environmental Services, Inc. is a full service HVAC mechanical
contractor founded in 1984 by John C. Philbin and Anthony D’Ascenzo to
service commercial HVAC equipment. It is a sister company of Guardian
Plumbing and Heating, Inc., which began in the early 60’s and a parent
company of Master Temperature Controls, which is a national distributor
of Staefa Controls.

Our company was formed to specialize in the commercial HVAC, offering maintenance contracts and project management. We have respect for our
customers, employees, suppliers, and subcontractors. This results in long
term relationships with all these partners, thus benefiting all involved with
our endeavors

Company Mission

It is our mission to provide solutions for all our customers relative to their
mechanical equipment. Our approach is to attract, hire, and train the best
people possible to deliver solutions to our customers.

Our management team formulates new goals and objectives each year to
improve the quality of our operations. We check ourselves against the
results and processes of other companies in the industry. Our principal
means of benchmarking is through our involvement with The Unified Group.
